              To all players all over the world,
We cordially invite you to participate in the 11th Asia-Pacific Veteran Table Tennis Championship, 7-10 December 2017 in Yaizu City, Shizuoka City, Japan.   We also hope that after having a tight table tennis games, participants would enjoy the beauty of Shizuoka City sceneries and get more understanding of Japan cultures as well, so that the friendship among people from Asian-Pacific countries could be strengthened. Please read the following for rules and registration procedures in order to participate in the championship. We look forward to seeing you in Shizuoka. Keep practicing and stay healthy.

Entry fee:

    Teams: US$200.00 (Including single event)    Singles: US$30.00 (Single event Only)

Competition format:

     Teams: The Group Round-Robin , then go to the Knock Out System in the second stage devided by top 2 team  
       Men's teams: 5 singles by 3 players
       Women's teams: 4 singles, 1 doubles  
       Men's teams, aged 80-89 years old: 2 singles, 1 doubles by 2 players
       Women's teams, aged 80-89 years old: 2 singles, 1 doubles by 2 players
Singles: Individual match: League Competition by 3 players then 1st place and 2nd place go to the tournament, If time is not allowed to be change into direct knockout system.

Game schedule:

December 6th Practice Day
17:00 Leaders from each country have a meeting and a social gathering at Shofukaku Hotel . The
team leaders have to bring the Entrée fee to the Reception at Hotal Shofukaku by December 6th
(From 10:00 a.m. – 7:00p.m.)

Then you’ll receive the Participation Award and the program of the game.
December 7th 9:00 Qualifying round(Teams League Competition)
12:30 Opening ceremony
13:30 - 20:00 League Competition
December 8th – 10th Competition & Award Ceremony

Entry date starts : 15th June 2017  
Closing entry date : 30 September 2017
Maximun number of th players accepted 1,000 first come first serve
