5.      Eligibility

Thetournament is open to all individuals who are 40 years of age and above fromall over the world.

6.      Events and Age Categories

6.1Men and Women's Team & Singles Ages 40 –49

6.2Men and Women's Team & Singles Ages 50 –59

6.3Men and Women's Team & Singles Ages 60 –69

6.4Men and Women's Team & Singles Ages 70 –74

6.5Men and Women's Team & Singles Ages 75+

7.      Competition Format

7.1All Singles matches in the Preliminaryround shall be played to the best of 5 games.

All Singles matches in the secondround shall be played to the best of 5 games.

All Teams matches in the Preliminaryround and second round shall be played to the best of 5 games. (For Team& Single) The first two of the group will be entered tothe knockout round.

7.2Both Singles and Team events shall be playedin 2 stages.

The group round-robin system will beused in the qualifying round.

The Knock-out system will be used insecond stage with play-offs.

7.3Team Events

7.3.1       The Men’s Team evens shall be played using theSwaythling System as follow: A vs X, B vs Y, C vs Z, A vs Y, B vs X.

(Minimum 3 and Maximum 5Players)

7.3.2       The Women’s Team evens shall be played usingthe Corbillon System as follow: A vs X, B vs Y, Doubles, A vs Y, B vs X.

(Minimum 2and Maximum 3 Players)

7.3.3       If there will be less than 4 entries inany category, teams will automatically play in the next younger category.

7.4 SinglesEvents

7.4.1       If there will be less than 8 entries in anycategory, players will automatically play in the next younger category.

8.      Rules

8.1The tournament shall be conducted inaccordance with the latest ITTF regulation for International Competition.

9.      Prizes

9.1TeamEvens – Top four (4) teams in each category will be awarded with medals. TheChampion will also be presented with a trophy.

Champion: USD400.00

First Runner Up:USD 200.00

Second Runner Up:USD 100.00

Second Runner Up:USD 100.00

9.2SingleEvens – Top four (4) players in each category will be awarded with medals. TheChampion will also be presented with a trophy.

Champion: USD150.00

First Runner Up: USD80.00

Second Runner Up: USD50.00

Second Runner Up: USD50.00

10.Expenses

Allparticipants shall be responsible for their own expenses, including airtickets, meals and accommodation.

2.      Single     USD15 (Entry fee will be USD 30 if only participate in single event)

3.      Gala Dinner (Farewell Party)

-         Playerswho are enrolled for the team event, Gala dinner’s ticket will be

USD 10 / person

-         Playerswho are enrolled for the singles event only, Galadinner’s ticket will be

USD 15 / person

-         Anyother companions who wish to join Farewell Party, Gala dinner's ticket will beUSD 30 / person

14.Closed date: 10^th November 2023

15.Maximum number of players accepted: 1200 first come first serve

16.If you do not have enough player to form theteam. We can arrange the players for you.

17.Reservation

Theorganizing committee reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations ofthis tournament at any time without prior notification. Any other rules thatare not covered by this bulletin will be decided by the organizing committeewhose decision will be FINAL.

2.      Rules

2.1The tournament shall be conductedin accordance with the latest ITTF regulation for international Competition.

2.2Proof of age must beavailable upon request (e.g., passport)

2.3Players are allowed toparticipate in ONLY ONE age category.

2.4Players are allowed toparticipate in the younger age category.

2.5The Organizing Committeereserves the right to amend the rules and regulations of this tournament at anytime without prior notification.

Any otherrules that are not covered by this bulletin will be decided by the OrganizingCommittee whose decision will be FINAL.

2.6All players agree andunderstand that the organizers and host country only organize the table tennistournament. Any accident, health issues and

etc ….. shallbe at their own risk, own insurance as well as own medical expenses.

2.7The referee has the rightto request next game player to go to another table to play. The player mustobey, if it is opposed that mean abandon the game.
